Navigator for Netsuite has modules available to streamline:
Receiving
Navigator downloads a list of transactions pending receipt for each location as they are released to the WMS.
The system verifies all scanned items against Netsuite and immediately records inventory against a bin location or pallet. On completion of the receipt, Navigator generates Item Receipt
transactions against the original document (including Purchase Order, Transfer Order, Return Authorisation, Intercompany Transfer Order)
Picking
Navigator downloads sales orders/transfer orders from Netsuite and creates pick slips for processing by the warehouse.
Navigator allows you to go beyond
"one person, one order", and maximises efficiency by allowing picking to be completed in any of 14 different ways, including:
- Scan or voice pick one sales order/distribution order at a time.
- Voice pick up to 26 small sales orders in a single walk through the warehouse.
- Split one pick amongst two or more pickers.
- Scan pick a Work Order
- Scan pick a Supplier Returnr
Once picking is completed, Navigator uploads Item Fulfillment transactions to Netsuite allowing for invoicing.
Return Authorisation
Navigator allows Return Authorisation documents from Netsuite to be received using a scanner. Stock can be received back into the picking location, or stored in lot
numbered cartons for later processing (including putaway)
Inventory Transfer
Navigator allows you to perform inventory transfers between Netsuite locations using barcode scanners.
Freight Management
Navigator links with the freight management tool
SmartFreight to reduce the time taken to despatch each order. Produce consignment labels for over 200 different carriers without re-typing an address.
Navigator adds the consignment note number and freight cost to the Item Fulfilment transaction.

RFBS link mobile barcode scanning and voice equipment to Netsuite using VoiceLink and Navigator WMS. Pick orders using RF scanners and voice picking,
with Item Fulfillment transactions uploaded against sales orders once picking is complete. Navigator supports barcode and RF processing of Sales Order, Transfer Order, Intercompany Transfer Orders,
Return Authorisations, Purchase Orders and even Supplier returns and Work Order.
Navigator is an advanced Netsuite WMS and is an Australian alternative to OZLink (Oz-Link wms) and RFSmart (RF-Smart wms).
